Well, value is a bit of a misnomer for a $1600 gaming rig. Value would be an 3570K or even a 2500K (especially if you're OCing and have no use for an IGP), cheaper ram and a cheaper mobo. Don't worry about ram compatibility from the manufacturer's website. Pick up a $75 16GB kit and roll with it. The mobo? Lots of choices. Just remember with boards like the Sabertooth a lot of the money is sunk into features, many of which you may never use. You can save at least a couple of hundred while maintaining the same performance envelope as the rig you listed. That's my idea of value anyways.
