Default Help! High Temps in First Overclock??

Hello Everyone!
I finally got to do some overclocking today, and honestly i only a bit of a clue in what I'm doing. I'm not new to computers, but yes to overclocking. I've read several guides, and been following this in particular:
Ivy Bridge Overclocking Guide ? Asus Motherboards[1]
Although I haven't done much stress testing, everything seems rather normal except for temps when i stress test. Before overclocking, i Idled at 20 or 21C. Now it seems to be 25-30C. Doesn't seem to bad to me. I'm using the 3770k on a Noctua NH D14 @ 4.5GHZ. I'm using Prime 95 to test, and when stress testing, I reach temps up to 95C within 30 seconds. I dont know if i should turn my CPU down or if this is normal. How long should i stress test for? I've read all the way up to 12 hours?
-CPU: Intel i7 3770k @ 4.5GHZ
-CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
-Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth z77
-GPU: MSI R7950 3GB OC Edition
-RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance Low profile ram
-PSU: Corsair TX650M
-SSD: Crucial M4 128gb
-HDD: Western Digital Black Caviar 1TB
-Case: CM HAF X
Screens: Stress Test - Imgur [2]
Hope someone can tell me if this is bad or not.

Summary: Attempting overclock i7 3770k first time. Seems stable, but reaching 95c temps from prime 95 within 30 seconds.
Side note: I just noticed that Core voltage is jumping a bit. It goes anywhere from 1.168 to about 1.25 something. Not sure if this is crucial to temps.
