Question Looking for some expert advice on this build.

-Will use the PC for gaming and net browsing.
-Budget is $600-650.
-Preferred CPU: Intel.
-I don't intend to use any of my current parts except the Speakers/Headphones/Monitor/UPS.
-I wont be overclocking.
-I want to run recent games (BF3, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Planetside 2, AC3, Black Ops II and Watchdogs) at highest possible graphics with 1360x768 Resolution.

This is the parts list:

CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: Biostar H77MU3 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Storage: OCZ Vertex 3 90GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7770 1GB Video Card

Case: Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Keyboard: Logitech G110 Wired Standard Keyboard

Mouse: Logitech G400 Wired Optical Mouse

Total: $644.73

Since I will be using a Radeon 7770 I will have to crank up the graphics so that the CPU does not end up bottlenecking. But, I actually cannot crank up the graphics really high since I will be using a 18.5" monitor which can only got up to 1360x768 resolution. So, will the CPU bottleneck the system due to the low resolution of the monitor?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Added a better PSU.
