Your chosen CPU and motherboard aren't compatible. With that budget I would go for a i3 3220 on sale now for $100 and a cheap b75 or h77 based motherboard. The rest of your choices would work, but I would go for a 2x4gb 1600mhz set of ram that you should be able to get for $30.
