I would ditch the zalman cooler and go with a coolermaster H212 evo. It's cheaper and an overall better cooler. I would also consider dropping down to a 3570k and save 100 bucks. The 3770k will perform the same in games as the 3570k. The only difference between the two is hyperthreading. Take that 100 bucks you save and upgrade the gpu to a 680. Otherwise everything else looks pretty good.
