From what I've seen and read, it's done because it's kwel, not cooler.
Oil sucks for cooling. Much better cooling results on air or water.
Was thinking about grabbing one of those kits posted a on this thread.
But would be for an older system that would be used as an HTPC and something kwel to look at. Parts would be scrapped once the kwel factor wears off.
