3 points:
1. Ensure your motherboard will support the new CPU.
2. How old is your current power supply? If it is not older than 3-4 years you could reuse it if you wanted (I would drop down a bit on the graphics card to say a gtx 660 or hd 7870 though). If not any xfx, seasonic, corsair, antec over 600w would be a fine choice.
3. I would stick with the 8gb ram unless you know you are maxing it out (most people wouldn't)
