For 3D Bluray, you're better off taking the AMD APU route. Integrated graphics on those blows anything from Intel out of the water.
My lineup: Case: H5.S FANLESS CHASSIS Processor: AMD A10-5700 (Quad Core) Motherboard: ASUS F2A85-M/CSM Memory: Samsung MV-3V4G3D/US (8GB DDR3 1600) Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB SSD (Boot Drive) and/or Western Digital WD Green 2TB HDD (Storage)- dunno if you'll be streaming from a home server PSU: 150W FSP Adapter w/ 160XT PicoPSU (Buy it with the case) Blu-Ray Reader: Panasonic UJ-240
I know there's no wifi on the board, but you're better off getting a powerline adapter- shouldn't be a problem with your budget. Something like a Western Digital WD Livewire kit ought to do it.
I live in the USA, so I don't know exactly whom you would get some of these parts from. NCIX ought to have everything except that Blu-Ray drive and the case. If they don't have everything, someone there would probably help you find a suitable alternative if you told them what you needed.
