I don't think it's the RAM. Pretty sure it doesn't even turn on long enough to check for RAM. That being said, I tried running each stick individually and same problem. If it were me, I'd just but a working P4 tower for $100 as well. But this guy is old and only uses it to surf the web so he doesn't want to spend any more than he needs to. I think I'll take the gamble and go for the motherboard. Thanks for the responses guys. Still open for more opinions.
