I wouldn't buy it. I would go for an i5 3570k ($220), budget z77 motherboard ($120), 2x4gb 1600mhz ram ($40) and cooler master hyper 212 evo ($30). That's $410 + tax and will be faster and new than the used parts you listed. Wait for boxing week and I am sure you could save some decent amounts as well.
