The above is pretty good, but forgot ram and hard drive. I would say i5 3570k, ud3h or something similar in cost, 2x4gb ram of your choice 1600mhz, case of your choice, wd black 1tb hard drive, 650w antec/xfx/seasonic/corsair power supply, and an hd7950 graphics card
