BenQ GW2250 21.5in - $119.99 at Memory Express and pricematched it to NCIX at $109.99. Picked it up on Saturday, should fit the bill very nicely.

EDIT: Also, apparently there's a $10 enviro fee whenever you buy a new display of any kind. This was news to me, and kind of caught me off guard. I haven't bought a monitor since I bought my 24" four years ago.
