Wait... what? Wouldn't moving to a 7950 from a 590 be a downgrade, or was that a typo?
Anyway.. OP, it looks like Skyrim would be the most demanding out of the three. I don't think you would even need a 7950; a 7870 would be more than enough. The prices on them have been dropping like mad. Gathering from your build and budget though, the 7870 might not be rich enough for your blood. Should check 'em out nonetheless.
