My System Specs

Default Trouble formatting Sandisk Ultra 64GB MicroSDXC card

I received my new MicroSD card today from Amazon, a Sandisk Ultra 64GB SDXC memory card. Plugging it into my Galaxy S3 nets me a "Damaged SD Card" warning, and sits there trying to unmount it and format it. Plugging it into my PC through and USB adapter lets me see the card, however it's seen a a card with 1MB of storage space. Plugged it into my camera and it "successfully" formats there, but the card then shows up as unformatted in Windows. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong since this is my first SDXC card. I know they're usually formatted as exFAT for this capacity, but I never even got to see the card working at 64GB.

Any suggestions?
