 Update on SSD?
I'm out of the loop. They have gone down in price but are they still a good investment? Is it bad to format these more than a couple of times?
Can you have more than one partition? I know they are ideal for OS drives since you will have good speed but I was curious if you experiment and use other Operating Systems, what then? Is it better to use a SSD for a main OS and install extra operating sytems on a partitioned normal (platter type) HDD?
I also read to stay away from OCZ if you go with a SSD. I don't know what the tech is nowadays or what one would get.
I'm mostly just curious. I probably wouldn't have more than $100 to spend on one if I ever did. ;-)
