I have 9 Cougar fans in my CM690II Adv. Case. 4 140mm and 5 120mm. Even at full power they are completely silent. The only sound that can be heard is the fan on my GTX 460. I've owned Gentle Typhoons, and The coveted BitFenix. They are both great fans, and truthfully, you cant go wrong with either of these 3. However, the Cougars are far superior.
