Go with some 1600mhz ram (2x4gb or 2x8gb...your call)
Given you don't even have a graphics card in your build I would say use a quality lower wattage PSU as well. I would probably go with a 350-520w power supply (if you plan on running a mid range graphics card at some point go for the 500-520w range, if not you can go down towards the 350 mark). Antec, seasonic, and xfx are some good brands to pick from.
