btw, is a Gigabyte PowerRock 500w a good PSU? it has an 80+ Bronze score and quite cheap at my place.

Haven't seen a proper review of that power supply, so its hard to comment on it. From the small bits of info on the web it seems to be a decent CWT design, but its always a bit risky buying an power supply of untested quality. Does the store you are buying from have a website to help you with the decision?

Also the 650Ti is a good card with performance and power consumption falling between a 7770 and 7850 on the AMD side. Pricing would determine the best choice.
