I've never had a problem with gigabyte boards. They don't normally overclock as well (unless you get one of their higher end boards) but I'm happy to use them for customers that don't care about over clocking. Very stable boards. I've never had much issue getting drivers from their site either.
Not something you can say for other board makers out there.
