Yup it sure looks like a good upgrade, hopefully that pic shown is what it is, the fans are integrated on the cooler, hence unlike the accelero S1 which you need to buy a seperate turbo fan or add one of your own fan on the cooler, this should have 2 of them already on it.
Is it me, or this does look somewhat similar to the 9800 series one.
