yea, thats really good for a monk.
off-hand ring could use an upgrade to something closer to your main ring.
Unity ring would be a nice upgrade for you right now.
Bracers could use more crit, shoulders is where you can pick up some more vitality on. You've got more than enough Dex, so if you feel you need a bit more vit, you could swap the gems in the chest for vitality gems.
