I'm not sure what happened on October 18th, but AAPL took a few swift kicks to the nuts, and pre product announcement only hit a high on the 22nd below where it opened on the 18th. I can't help but wonder if this is a sign of a market shift. If enough people hop on the short selling bandwagon and decide it's time to cash out AAPL stock, I can see a big slide happening especially when you look at their price over the past year.
