First suggestion, research everything you can about water cooling. I have recently completed my first build/water cooling mod and it took me over 6 months of planning before I even considered purchasing parts. Also remember that water cooling will add a significant amount of $$ to your building.

Next I would look up other water cooling projects revolving around the Corsair graphite 600T and how other's have done it to get an understanding of how much work it will take to water cool that case.

Unfortunately my case is the Haf-X by Cooler Master so I can't tell if your rig will work or not, but I'd stress the fact that planning is key and to not rush a water cooled project.

Chomie.
