If you are still happy with its performance, then wait out...why upgrade if you don't have to. If you are starting to find FPS lacking for your taste, then upgrade. An HD 7950 or GTX 660Ti roughly double the performance of your 5850. If I was you I would hold out until black friday/cyber monday sales or boxing week sales if you don't have the urge to upgrade immediately. Last rumor I heard was for the 8000 series not being released until early next year.
