while for graphics ability its hands down 480>550>6670, I wouldn't go for the 480 for heat/noise/power consumption. Given that it costs $200 I would use that same budget or less and try to find a GTX 660 on sale (they are only a bit above the $200 mark now and should go on sale below), or if you don't want to wait go for a gtx 560Ti (keeps you under max budget, but still much better performance than the 6670 or 550.
