Not sure if you already have the PSU, if you don't need a 1000W unit to power an i5 and 660. A quality 500-600W unit is all you need if you don't plan on adding a second video card anytime soon. Anything from antec, seasonic, xfx, silverstone will be good. For RAM, you listed vengeance 12GB, Is that a triple channel kit? You will only be able to use 2 sticks in order to run in dual channel mode. So you'll just have 8GB which is more than enough for games.
