Somehow I'm not surprised or upset by this news. My own experience with their RMA department was enough to convince me of their half-ass-ness. Sure their SSD get top marks in benchmarks but their after-sales service is not that good. It's like buying a Ferrari, sure it's fast and awesome until it burst into flames or breaks and then after you get the car back it isn't fixed right or breaks right the way.
