Max memory speed accepted by default by the chipset is 1600MHz, so I would take a kit that would do that at the tightest timings, that means 7. As for cooling I don't think you can do push pull with the H100. I have seen a review where the Thermaltake counterpart of the H100 was shown to be better, but I don't know how it would fit on a Corsair case, while the H100 would be 100% compatible with the chosen case. But as for priimary storage I would go with an OCZ RevoDrive. Sticking with the Asrock mobo would give you the money difference to go with the RevoDrive.
