Thank you very much for all the comments and suggestions. I'll keep an eye out and if I see a killer deal on an i3 CPU/Mobo and a 7770, I'll jump on it. If not, I'm sure an APU will suffice just fine.
If I do go Intel i3 and a discrete GPU, I would love to go mITX and use the Bitfenix Prodigy. IT doesn't seem like AMD offers any FM1 mITX boards. Unless any of you can find one. I couldn't seem to.
