Wrong ASrock was started by Asustek ( Asus), Asustek split the company in 2010 and now ASrock is now own by Pegatron , both Pegatron ans Asus come from the same greek word, Pegasus . ASrock is the third world produced of motherboard after Asus and Gigabyte. SO the 3 big one are Asus, Gigabyte and Asrock. I really like the UEFI Bios of ASrock, simple and easy to use.
