or socket 2011 - Expensive, not that much more performance, but you'll have the option to upgrade to Ivy Bridge-E which some say will have 8-core chips too.

If the budget does not really bothers you - These are my suggestions:

Motherboard - Asus Rampage IV Extreme X79.
CPU - Intel i7 3930K.
Cooler - Corsair H100.
Memory - 16GB Kingston or G-skill.
Storage - Intel 520 series 240GB SSD, and 2/3TB storage drives if you need.
GPU - GTX680 (Preferably the MSI Lightning)
PSU - Seasonic 1000W Platinum (Although the unit you've mentioned above will do fine with SLI'ed 680s)
Case is down to preference, although you do need one with good airflow for such a system. The Cosmos 2 is awesome if you can afford it.
Have I forgot anything...?
Ohh so buying a board with socket 2011 can be upgraded later on with ivy bridge... i thought Socket 2011 wont have an ivy bridge cuz all i saw has sandy bridge on it....

Wow... ur Pc suggestion is good,, will look into it....
