Looking at your character I assume that you have a different set of gear for the kill attempts.
Here is the gear set I was running for the kill on Diablo. If you are in the same spec, that might be your issue. Trying running BoH-Blazing Wrath instead of SSS. That damage boost is very nice, let alone the heals.
