 Limit mirc dcc download speed
I need to find a way to limit the bandwidth mirc's dcc is using, it is sucking all the available small connection I have here at the house (when it is in use).
I tried Netlimiter, but it is actually killing mirc's entire connection and not just limiting it. I've looked in the options and everything I could find did not resolve the issue.
Is there any other programs out there besides Netlimiter? Or anything else..scripts..plugins for mirc?
