$40 for a GPU is too much and you want to game at max setting in 1080p? That's like looking for a "Lady (or Man) of the Evening" for $20 / hr without STD. At this point may as well wait for the A10 (FM2 socket) to come out. No way in hell you can run max in 1080p.
