Well I tried that and did some things that Ocz support told me to do and still nothing. So now they are going to rma it and send me a new one, there wasnt anything as far as data goes that I couldnt replace anyways so I will have to wait a week or too. no biggy since I have a nice laptop to keep my needs fixed
