Default Storage drive doesn't show up..

Just finished building a new gaming PC which contains 1 M4 Crucial SSD and a 1TB storage drive. For installing the OS, I only had the SSD in just so I wouldn't accidentally install it onto the HDD which was meant for storage. Everything went well and I rebooted and Windows had installed successfully. Then it came to inserting the storage drive. I went into the UEFI BIOS (Using the P67 Sabertooth here..) and for some reason the only drive in the booting order list was the storage HDD. However, when I reset and just let it boot, it goes into windows, but the HDD isn't on the list of available storage devices.

Anyone know what's up? Is it anything to do with putting the right drive in the right SATA port?

Thanks for any help.
