You can get one for $329with a custom heatsink (I have this card, it's very quiet) and a 80MHZ OC from reference. This card will match the '7950 Boost Edition' since it will run at a steady 880 MHZ, instead of rubberbanding from 850 - 925Mhz. TR tested an MSI card with a factory OC at 880MHZ and found performance to be similar to the '7950b'
I've had mine running at 900MHZ from day one without any voltage increases, and temperatures hover around 36-40C under load, with nary a sound (at least, I can't hear it over the rest of my case fans...using the stock fan profiles).
