So would a 3 1/2" fan controller fit into one of those HDD bays?
I'm not sure how other folks manage their fans, but personally after fiddling with the fan settings on a new build for a week or so I'll normally pick a setting and stick with it. No reason (IMO) I can't fiddle with the case side for that week until I get the settings dialed in. :)
