The high end Mushkin are pretty nice, the redline series are top notch stuff. They overclocking pretty good. The Ascent heat spreader are also something to behold, they run cold even when overclocked, but they can take up 2 ram slots on most boards(too fat).
I had a set of DDR3 Ascents that was bad, RMA was easy and fast. Great service.
