I used a h212 push/pull on a a 6 core 1366 xeon cpu and it kept it very cool while cooling. I think I had about a 40% oc on it and the h212 performed great. IMO there is no better choice. These things are like 25 bucks, can't beat that for near d14/megahalems performance
