Couple suggestions:
Heatsink: Get the
Xigmatek as it performs better
Power Supply:
Corsair TX650W bit cheaper and single rail with 52A so it's most likely a much better PSU than the Antec one
RAM:
G.SKILL F2-8000CL5D-4GBPI Pi PC2-8000 4GB 2X2GB only $10 more than what you linked, plus you'll get the extra headroom in case you do overclock at some point
CPU: Either the E8400 or Q6600. I wouldn't buy a 65nm dual-core at this time.
And make sure you use Price Canada to price match everything you can.
