Default Help on a new build

Alright, im making a new rig to satisfy my gaming needs. I have a budget around 1300$. I plan to buy all my parts form ncix.com, but if anyone finds a better deal somewhere else then thank you. Heres what im looking at for .. my graphics card that i want will be the Visiontek Radeon HD 4850 512MB (http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...ture=VISIONTEK). I'm also looking for a 4GB RAM, not really good at picking ram (last one i picked lasted a day..). Also if you can find some 2GB RAM thats really good then that will be helpful. For the Case i want it to be quiet enough so i won't hear it playing games, but also i want it to run cool enough (i heard the 4850 reaches 80-90). I Prefer a Phenom CPU, but if anyone finds a good deal on a intel quad i'll take it. For the motherboard i don't really need crossfire, it just need to be reliable and not cost 1000$. Lastly the cooling, i don't think there is a "actual" cooling for the 4850, but if anyone can correct me then go ahead.

Alright if anyone is kind enough to help me then you have my thanks! (ps. I can go maybe 100-200 above 1300)
