Default ARM’s Advances Into Sub-20nm Chips Puts Pressure on Legacy Chipmakers
ARM announced today that it had began collaboration with Taiwan Silicon Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC) to produce sub-20nm 64-bit CPUs based upon new 3D transistor technology.
