Hat off to OCZ
Just a few words to give OCZ some credit.
About a year ago I bought a Vertex 2 SSD, 3 weeks ago it failed. I was expecting nothing but decided nevertheless to enter into a RMA with OCZ. The process was pretty much straight forward. After filling the form on their website, I sent my defective SSD. I had no proof of purchase or anything. A few days after I posted my package I received my shiny new SSD. Wow I am an happy camper. I had heard terrible things about OCZ service but I must admit that in my case I was quite impressed.
