As others have said, scan the memory.
I'd also scan the hard drive for errors.
Some people would recommend furmark to stress the gpu, I personally would just run 3dmark in a loop.
Make sure prime95 is run to stress the cpu, and run to stress the memory. Also make sure round off checking is selected.
