If you haven't bought yet, consider this:
The Bitfenix Prodigy is probably the coolest (cred wise, not temperature) small form factor case out there. You'd need to switch to an mATX motherboard, but it will fit a fullsize video card. This case really is the pimpest case currently available, though.
This is the case with a GTX690 installed (upper HDD tray removed) demonstrating it will take a fullsize GPU (double slot...forget about the ASUS DirectCUII.
The caveat is that you WILL have to run an mITX motherboard, and you can forget about ever doing a crossfire/SLI setup with this case. Other than that, this thing is a work of art.
