It's a nice build, but I'm going to agree with the above, either replace the beast parts in the top half of the list with a 3770K and Z77 mobo or you should beef up the bottom with a better PSU, case and monitor.
What is the location you'll be buying parts from? PC PartPicker isn't exhaustive (ex. no Gigabyte Sniper M3 Z77) and if prices are at all a concern, a lot of people here are attuned to sales and pricing trends.
