Because 705 is the idle clock.
You have idle/full load/turbo clocks. 3Dmark reads the clockspeeds when the card is idling. If you run MSI afterburner, evga precision or a similar program, once the benchmark is done you can see what clockspeed your card went up to when it was loaded on the graph.
