Few things.. firstly.. NIICE build..
the ram.. thats a tri-channel kit... x79 builds are quad channel.. so you want 4x 4gb or 4x8gb.
What size monitor are you pairing this up with? (resolution)
For video editing and with this budget on the box I hope your using IPS panel and a decent res otherwise you really are wasting much of this things power.
No SSD? with a build like this and a budget of your size a 256GB SSD is called for.
I would go for an 850 -950watt psu as this should allow a second 680 in the future if you want it.
