Default MITX Heavenly Build

My turn to be helped and boy do I need it!

My future build will be a HTPC/Next-Gen Console. Blu-Ray playback and games. Whisper quite. No HDD. Any files to be stored will be through an external HDD. Connected to Onkyo AV receiver via HDMI. Video to HD Plasma, audio to 5.1 speakers.

To be built in Saudi Arabia. Parts will be purchased in the US online where a local address will receive and send. I use Newegg. Any other shops to recommend? can I price match in the US?

No brand preferences. No old parts.

Overclocking the CPU to 4.5Ghz and higher if possible if I find the PSU I want. GTX 670 DCUII 1050~1110hz Core 1800hz mem? As much as I can. Strictly air cooling!

Plan to build it this July/August.

Resolution is 1080P, max eye candy maintaining 60FPS.

The reason I am going bananas over this is because of all the new products coming out such as high-end MITX MBs from Asus and Asrock, the new Bitfenix Prodigy, the 30nm Mem kit from Samsung and Asus' dual-slot whsiper quite GTX 670 DCUII. It seems like the perfect time to build a HT/LANPC. Who needs PS4 and Xbox 720 with a rig like this?

Intel Core i5-3570K $240 - Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K
Changed from NH-C14 to Noctua NH-D14 $86 - Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe - ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard with USB BIOS
SAMSUNG 8GB $48 No worthy contender imo - SAMSUNG 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model MV-3V4G3D/US
ASUS GTX670-DC2T $438 the reviews are just amazing. - ASUS GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 GeForce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Crucial M4 512GB $425 is a sweet deal but not the latest tech (Marvel) Or Mushkin Enhanced Chronos DeluXe 480GB $455 (Sandforce for $30 extra and 32GB less). Haven't decided yet. - Mushkin Enhanced Chronos MKNSSDCR480GB-DX 2.5" 480GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - Crucial M4 CT512M4SSD2CCA 2.5" 512GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) with Transfer Kit
LITE-ON 12X BD $111 - LITE-ON 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 12X DVD-RAM 8X BD-ROM 8MB Cache SATA Blu-ray Burner with 3D Playback iHBS212-08 LightScribe Support
BitFenix Prodigy The other reason I want MITX. I want this baby with me in the living room and where ever I go. $93 no worthy alternative imo. - BitFenix BFC-PRO-300-KKXSK-RP Midnight Black Steel / Plastic Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case
Finally the PSU. The Seasonic X 660W seemed like a perfect fit as my calculated maximum output will be a bit more than 300W. But where is it? It's not even listed as out of stock! Only the X 560W is there but operating at more than half its power it will make some fan noise. Can I go for it anyways or go for the 460W fanless?
Best illuminated wireless keyboard i can find. Any other suggestions? $85 - Logitech K800 Black USB RF Wireless Slim Illuminated Keyboard
First time buying wireless mouse. Is this the one to get? $100 - Logitech G700 Black 13 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB RF Wireless Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse
Is this pad as good as the PS3 one? Can I hook up 4 to my PC for one-screen multi-player games (PES, FIFA) $43x4= $176 - Logitech F710 Wireless Gamepad with broad game support and dual vibration motors

Total with Seasonic X 660W= $2150.

Thanks for reading. Please tell me what you know about the Prodigy if you know and if it will have any problems with fitting the NHC14 and Seasonic PSU.
